The Lake City Counseling Client Portal is a secure site for you to:

• Add and update your personal information

• Add and update your insurance information

• Review invoices and make payments on your outstanding balance

• Manage appointments

• Communicate with your provider and the admin team

• Complete documents requested by your provider
